Ordering UPS Shipping Supplies & Printer Labels

Policy

 

  1. Shipping supplies ordered from UPS:
      1. Printer labels
      2. Pouches
      3. Padded Envelopes (Paks)

 

 

  1. Shipping supplies are ordered every Monday.

 

  1. The inventory count of shipping supplies is completed prior to ordering.

 

Task 

 

When UPS shipping supplies need to be ordered, the Shipping Clerk:

 

 

    1. Navigates to UPS

https://www.ups.com and logs in via Last Pass

 

    1. Clicks “Shipping” tab and then “Order Supplies”

 

 

    1. In the next window, clicks “Continue”

 

    1. Orders:
      • Labels (“Direct Thermal Label – Roll” 4x6.25)
      • Pouches (“International Waybill Pouch”)
      • Padded Envelopes (“UPS Pad Pak”)

 

    1. Adds items to Cart

 

    1. Clicks “Review Your Supplies Order”

 

 

    1. Confirms shipping information is accurate

 

    1. Submits order
