Add a note on the client's account in Keap

Title: (add the $ amount) on account  i.e. $10 on account

Write in the Note field: Amount of the credit and what the credit is for

Update the note when the credit is use towards the next refill order. Enter amount used and amount remaining

Add initials

Notify the client's Clear Skin Specialist, if applicable, and add a note in the client's CC Dashboard
