All SkinPath orders are to be left with SaltBox staff always, so there is never need to know a specific arrival time, though we do need to know the day and that must be communicated from the clinic at the time of order placement.

Order must be picked up by 430. After that the Saltbox staff leaves.

Whomever picks up parks at the glass garage doors (loading dock) and walks up the small set of stairs to the loading dock door, where they will find a doorbell to ring to alert SB staff to let them in to access the order.

No one should be going to the front door or they will just be locked out, there is no code to get in.

The Shipping Clerk needs to communicate at the time of order placement any products that are OOS and will not be included in the order.

This should also be noted on an included packing slip which must accompany every order.
