If you apply your full regimen in the AM and then wash your face after your workout mid-day,  you would need to re-apply the full AM regimen again.  I recommend working out first thing in the morning or in the evening so you are not buying twice as much product.  

 

If you workout in the AM you can wash and apply your moisturizer beforehand and then after you're done with your workout, do the full regimen. If you workout at night, then do the full PM regimen immediately when you get home.
