ORDERING FACE REALITY RETAIL AND BACKBAR 

 

Policy

 

1. Face Reality orders are always placed on Sunday unless it is an observed holiday on the next Monday.

 

2. Shipping is performed prior to counting Face Reality physical inventory.

 

3. Physical inventory count of retail and back bar is performed prior to ordering.

 

4. When ordering, the retail items are charged to the NSC credit card, and the Backbar peels, cleanser, and toner are charged to the SkinPath credit card.

 

 

Task 

 

Every Sunday the weekly Face Reality order is placed, the Shipping Clerk:

 

 

1. 1. Performs physical on-hand inventory count of Face Reality retail AND Backbar peels, cleanser, and toner

 

1. 2. Adds on-hand numbers to “Retail Ordering Worksheet” in the Dropbox shared folder to determine the number of the product to be ordered

 

1. 3. Navigates to Chrome and clicks on Last Pass icon to the left of the 3 vertical dots. See the screenshot below.

 

1. 4. Clicks “Open my Vault”

 

 

 

1. 5. Searches (in Last Pass) for “Face Reality Ordering”

 

1. 6. Clicks “Launch” on Face Reality Ordering card in Last Pass

 

1. 7. You will be directed and logged into the Face Reality Wholesale Order Form, now add quantities determined in the spreadsheet to the order form.

 

1. 8. Confirms order matches by comparing numbers in spreadsheet to order form data

 

1. 9. On the right side of the page, clicks Checkout

 

1. 10. Confirms billing and shipping address are correct

 

1. 11. For Signature Required? selects “no”

 

 

 

 

1. 12. Adds Backbar Order to “Order Notes”
       • Includes below information
         1. SkinPath Credit Card number to charge (stored in Gmail contacts)
         2. Name of items ordering
         3. Size (peels are ordered in 4oz sizes)
         4. Quantity

 

1. 13. Scrolls down and Selects, Credit Card for payment type

 

1. 14. Navigates to Gmail contacts for Credit Card number for Natural Skincare Clinic (NSC)

 

1. 15. Copies and pastes credit card number, expiration, and CVC code

 

1. 16. Clicks box, “I’ve read and accepted the terms and conditions”. See the screenshot below.

 

 

1. 17. Waits for the order confirmation page
