Orders for First Time Clients joining the Online Acne Program are processed a bit differently than those non program or current clients. 

“Initial Online Order” is noted on the packing slip. On occasion, clients that have received their first order will order more products during the first month. This can be checked in SS under the clients’ name. 

Use the White (12x9x4) box 

Place Bubble Wrap (1 Sheet)

Fill the box with the ordered items after following the proper packaging procedure

Top with Crinkle Cut paper to cover

Add “Hello Beautiful'' card 

Add Packing Slip with Card

Ship as normal:

Choose Small box if it's a small order (under 8 items) (8x6x6)

If it's all of the products use (14x10x6)

Dimensions will prefill in SS

Please Note:  

On occasion, you may need to Omit the Crinkle Cut Paper due to the box not being able to fit the products.

Omit the crinkle cut and replace with a sheet of Bubble Wrap. 

If this still does not allow the room needed, go to the next size box that will fit all.
