Notifying Team of Backordered Product

When an item goes on backorder, the Shipping Clerk is responsible for notifying the team via the Backorder Slack Channel.


Notifications are to be sent immediately.

 

The Manager is responsible for marking the product on Backorder or Out of Stock in Woo.


When an item comes back in stock, the Shipping Clerk is responsible for notifying the team via the Backorder Slack Channel. 

 

The Manager is responsible for marking the product back in stock in Woo.

 

Customer Service is responsible for notifying any clients whom have inquired about OOS/BackOrder products.
