Policy
- If a client's shipping address needs to be edited, the Shipping Clerk can ‘verify’ the address and make edits in ShipStation till it shows as verified.
- Refer to KEAP shipping address for confirmation of accurate shipping address.
- Any syncing errors that are related to the incorrect shipping addresses are to be reported to Management immediately via email with screenshots.
Task
When the client’s information needs to be revised before shipping, the Shipping Clerk:

- Navigates to ShipStation

- Clicks on ‘Order’ Tab

- Checks Recipient “Client” box

- On the right side of the window, scrolls down past the shipping options till you see the customer information

- Clicks ‘Edit’

- Enters in Revised Client Information

- Clicks ‘Save’
