Clients have ask what the benefit of having catnip in the Prenatal Complete Supplement, as they have read that catnip can induce contractions and lead to miscarriages.

This is the response you can share the client, as to why we chose to include a small amount of catnip in our Prenatal:

Heidi Jarvis is our Herbal Apothecary Director and makes all of our herbal supplements. Heidi has her PhD in Natural Medicine, Naturopathy Diploma, MH, MIr, CA (Clinical Aromatherapist), Reiki Master, Flower Essence Practitioner, and instructor for the international School of Natural Medicine'.

When the formula was developed she utilized resources from other herbalists specializing in pregnancy where the overall consensus is a small amount of catnip is safe.  Catnip is considered a vital stimulant, also known as a nervine relaxant, which supports the nervous system, and it's reportedly designed to restore balance and restfulness in the body.
