Policy
- When an ordered item is not received from the vendor, the Shipping Clerk will contact their manager the same business day that the order was received.
2. Manager will contact the vendor the same business day that the order was received.
3. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for tracking the receipt of the replacement items, and notifying manager in Shipping_Fulfillment Slack Channel once the replacements have been received.
4. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for accurately counting the received inventory and noting missing items.
5. If the vendor will not send the missing item(s), the Shipping Clerk will notify management ASAP via email.
Task

- When receiving the order, the Shipping Clerk will indicate on the packing slip, the number received and highlights that item

- Manager Contacts the vendor via email, the same day the order was received

- Manager Informs vendor of the appropriate information in order for us to receive the missing items

- Manager Requests that the missing or damaged items are sent ASAP
