How to Remove an Online Employee from a Ruzuku Course

This is typically done during the deboarding process for the online side.

 

  • Log into Ruzuku
  • Click on Manage Courses
  • Scroll Down to Open Enrollment

 

Please Note: Many courses are specific to The Clinic, so you can skip over clinic courses.  

 

Start from the top of the list and go through the courses that an online employee would have been invited to.

 

**It is recommended that you open a new tab for each course, because Ruzuku can take a while to load. **

 

Click on the Course Name, and you will receive a pop-up window.

 

Under Students right click on Overview to open this window in a separate tab.

 

Once you have all of your tabs open, you will then check each course to see if the employee you are deboarding was invited to that course.

 

Scroll through the list of names to find the employee you need to remove.

 

If the name is not included in that course, you can close that tab, and move onto the next course.

 

If the name is included in that course, click on the name, and then click Remove from Course.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  You do have to click Remove From Course Twice.  

 

You'll receive a message:  Removed From Course highlighted in yellow.

 

Close the tab and move onto the next course.
