Below is an example of what you can say to a client who decides to cancel their OAP, and requests a refund.  Obviously tweak this message, as necessary, so that it makes sense for your client's particular situation.

I saw you canceled your Online Acne Consult after the free 15-minute Clear Skin call and took a peek at the call recording as part of the usual quality control checks to see what might've changed your mind.

I also wanted to add my professional opinion that blood and food sensitivity tests do not typically assist you on your journey to clear skin, which is why we do not utilize them.
