When a client signs the consent form in order to being the Online Acne Program, they need to send a request in writing if they do NOT want their photos/videos used for Marketing Purposes. 

This can be done via the Clear Connection messages, or via a Happy Fox ticket.

Once you receive the client's request please follow these steps:

1.  Take a screenshot of the request.

2.  Save the screenshot as the Client's Name and the Date of the Request and write Do NOT use photos.

3.  Send the screenshot to Gizem via the NAC_ONLINE _TEAM Slack Channel.

4.  Gizem will save this information in the Dropbox Folder: Before and After Photos Opt Outs.

4.  Add 'Do NOT use client's photos/videos for Marketing in the clients Clear Connection Notes.

5.  Reply to the client letting them know that their materials will NOT be used for Marketing purposes.
